The walk on August 12th will be from Stevenston to Ardrossan. Get the 10:07am train from Ayr or meet in Stevenston at 10:55am.
We took the bus to get off at the Barony A -Frame on the road to Auchinleck. We walked from there on a path through what used to be the bing of the Barony Pit , alongside the Water of Lugar—back to Ochiltree village–about 4 milws.
There were 9 members on the walk. We finished our walk by having lunch in Ochiltree Hub.
